Telehealth Services Now Available

We’re here to support our clients and the community during this health crisis. This time of heightened stress, unpredictability, social isolation, and lack of routine and structure is certain to challenge our ability to cope effectively and maintain healthy relationships. Symptoms of anxiety, depression, and mood disregulation and family conflict can develop or escalate. 

Safety Pledge 

For the health and safety of all, our therapists are now equipped to complete sessions via HIPPA secure telehealth platform within our billing system, SimplePractice. Sessions can be held from any computer or mobile device. Sessions can be video to help feel like you’re sitting right with the therapist or simply by phone if preferred.

Insurance coverage: we are contracted with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, BCBS PPO. 

We are here to help. Schedule a one-to-one session with a child, adolescent or adult therapist.

Meet as a couple with a couple therapist. Seek parenting support or consultation with a child and family therapist.
