MEET BLYTHE

Blythe takes a relaxed and comfortable approach to her work with children, young adults, and adults.  She specializes in working with children and young adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, cognitive/health/physical disabilities, life transitions, and social/relationship concerns. Blythe welcomes family members whenever possible in the treatment process.

Blythe has a compassionate and strengths-based approach to therapy.   Blythe encourages mindfulness and other practical tools with clients of all ages. 

Prior to HTG, Blythe worked in community mental health settings and most recently, as a school social worker.  Blythe received her Master’s of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy.
